It is that time again! Time to start collecting items and shopping for deals for Operation Christmas Child 2016. Buy shopping all year we can save more money and send more shoe boxes to children who are in need!
This month at First Southern Baptist Church of Grandview we are driving for scarfs, gloves, and hats. During this extra cold time of the year here in Southern West Virginia we are reminded of the necessity of little items like this. These items are often forgotten about when the fall rolls around. Driving year round allows us to be very mindful in the items that we choose to pack our shoe boxes with.
The best thing I got in my shoebox was the hat, gloves, and scarf. I’ve worn them for a long time and like them very much.”
