We love driving for shoe box items at First Southern Baptist Church of Grandview. June’s item of the month is Non-liquid hygiene items. Great ideas for this are: toothbrushes, toothbrush holders, soap, soap holders, rags, deodorant, combs and hair brushes.
Undergarments are also a great non-liquid hygiene item to purchase for the kids. We already have some underwear, but will need more for both boys and girls. Socks are also a great gift idea!
Our goal this year is 100 shoe boxes through our collective drive. These 100 boxes will be sent to: girls and boys ages 2-4, 5-9, and 10-14.
The community is welcome to join in on driving with us. Feel free to popby and drop off items during church hours or to message us to set up a time to drop off items. You can also donate money towards the monthly items and our savy shoppers will hit the stores on your behalf!
